View your assessment rate notification

Every November, we send employers their assessment rate notification for the coming year. If we have your email address on file, you’ll get an email when your rate notification is available through your online services account. If we don’t have an email address for you, we’ll mail you a letter.

Your letter:

  • Confirms the classification of your business
  • Provides the base premium rate for your classification unit
  • Shows any applicable experience rating adjustments — discounts or surcharges based on your business's claims history
  • Provides the net premium rate for your business
  • Provides the maximum assessable earnings per worker for the coming year

Additionally, any time your net rate is recalculated, we'll send you a notification informing you of the adjustments.

You can access this information, along with your preliminary annual rate notice (available annually from August through November), by logging in to your online services account; under "Insurance," select "View rate information."
