We’ve updated our Review Division decision search with a fresh layout, quicker page loading, and simpler navigation. Decisions are available the same way as before, now with an easier-to-use search tool.

Use our search tool to see past decisions made by the Review Division from 2013 to the present.

Search decisions

Search tips:

• Enter a specific decision number (e.g., R012345) or keywords that may appear in the decision. Only use alphanumeric characters (A-Z, 0-9) and whole words for best results.
• If you’re using a decision number to search, you must enter all letters and numbers (e.g., R012345).
• If you’re using keywords to search, place quotation marks around a single exact phrase (e.g., “back pain” or “2016-0123”) for improved search results.
• The search will return a maximum of 1,000 results for decisions from the year 2013 to present. For older decisions, please contact the Review Division directly.

Search appeal decisions

You can also browse appeal decisions made by the Appeal Division from 2000 to 2004. You can also find selected decisions from 1991 to 1999 in the Workers' Compensation Reporter.
