WorkSafeBC is governed by the Board of Directors (BOD). Under the Workers Compensation Act, the BOD’s mandate includes policy and regulation development.

The Policy, Regulation and Research Department (PRRD) is responsible for advising the BOD on policy and regulation development matters.
