Incident investigation reports
This page includes findings of WorkSafeBC investigations as identified in incident investigation reports. These are here to help employers and workers understand the factors that contribute to workplace incidents so similar incidents can be prevented from happening in the future. Some of these findings also provide recommendations to industry to prevent future incidents, and the information here may be useful when gathering industry trends.
Under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, personal identifying information has been removed from the reports posted here. The findings may also have been shortened to focus on the main cause of and contributing factors leading to the incidents shared here.
