Injunction summaries
Injunctions are a mechanism to deal with persons who fail to comply with the Workers Compensation Act or Occupational Health and Safety Regulation after WorkSafeBC has exhausted other appropriate enforcement methods.
Each summary shows details from the court order, which may include the company name, the name of the respondent(s), the industry to which the order relates, and the directions from the court.
Injunctions are current (still in effect) unless the summary of an injunction states that it has expired.
