We partner with vocational rehabilitation providers to help people with work-related injuries or illnesses return to work. Providers deliver specialized services or specific goods to support return-to-work and rehabilitation plans. Some of the services require contracts with us.

Contracted vocational rehabilitation services

For some frequently used services, we engage in a formal bidding process and then enter into long-term contracts with the successful providers. The terms for service delivery, invoicing, and payment are set out in the contract agreements.

Goods and services provided without contracts

We also purchase goods and services on a case-by-case basis, without requiring a contract, from a variety of vendors.
