At its October 2022 meeting, WorkSafeBC’s Board of Directors approved amendments to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation.

These amendments will come into effect on March 1, 2023.

• Parts 14 and 19, Inconsistent Crane Misadventure and Zone-Limiting Devices in Tower Cranes and revisions to Item R19.25-1 of the Prevention Manual

The above amendments were posted online for feedback during the public hearing process. Stakeholder feedback received is available for review.
