At its March 25, 2020 meeting, WorkSafeBC’s Board of Directors approved amendments to section 20.47 of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation.

The amendments will become effective on July 14, 2020, with the exception of the requirements in section 20.47(4) which will take effect on January 1, 2021.

Deletions in the regulatory amendments are identified with a strikethrough and additions are in bold text and highlighted in yellow.

The above amendments were posted online for feedback during the public hearing process. Stakeholder feedback received during this process is available for review.
