Becoming a provider

If you’re interested in providing Foot Care Services to injured workers, you must have a contract with us. In order to become a contracted provider, you must be, or employ, a foot care nurse who:

Please note: Services cannot be provided by an esthetician, foot care spa, or salon.

How to submit an application

Please follow these instructions to complete and submit an application. This application process is open to all foot care nurses, or organizations employing foot care nurses, who do not currently have a Foot Care Services contract with WorkSafeBC.

  1. Download the Vendor Application Form, save the file, and open it in Acrobat Reader (a free application). Review the sample contract attached to the form.
  2. Complete, sign, and date the Vendor Application Form.
  3. Ensure supporting documentation requested within the Vendor Application Form (i.e., evidence of completion of a specialized course in advanced foot care completed within the last 10 years) is attached to your application.
  4. Submit your application by clicking the Submit button on the form.

WorkSafeBC intends to award contracts to providers that meet the application requirements.

At this time, we will keep the application process open and continue to receive applications and issue contracts to eligible providers.
