Online billing options
My Provider Services
You can use My Provider Services to invoice WorkSafeBC for goods and services provided to injured workers and submit related documents at the same time. If a worker is referred to you from the Telus Provider Portal, please submit your invoice there instead.
To get started on My Provider Services, you’ll need to set up an online services account.
Log in or create an account
Select the button below to log in or create an online services account. If you’re creating a new account, you can watch this video for instructions on setting up your My Provider Services account.
After you've created your online services account, select "Access my provider account" to begin submitting your invoices online for payment.
Benefits of My Provider Services
Using My Provider Services, you can:
- Track your invoices online: Easily track your invoice submissions and see payment status and history.
- Find billing fee codes quickly: Start by typing a few key words or numbers to see a pre-populated drop-down list and then select the correct fee code.
- Reduce errors: Real-time validation will identify errors and ensure you make any corrections before submitting.
- Receive payments faster: The simplified submission and reimbursement process means you’ll be paid faster than mailing or faxing.
If you bill through Teleplan (e.g., you’re a physiotherapist or massage therapist), My Provider Services is an alternative option for you to use.
Please note that the following providers cannot bill for services through My Provider Services at this time:
- Physicians and hospitals billing for MSP services
- Pharmacists billing for prescription medication
- Hotels
- Providers who are not based in Canada
