Appendix 3 was deleted in 1994. It previously set out the Memoranda of Agreement between Canadian workers’ compensation boards regarding compensation for silica dust exposure.
Volume I of the Rehabilitation Services & Claims Manual (RS&CM, Volume I) contains WorkSafeBC’s current policies on compensation and rehabilitation for injured workers and their dependants whose claims are governed by British Columbia’s Workers Compensation Act that was in place immediately before June 30, 2002. The Act requires WorkSafeBC and the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal to apply these policies when making decisions.
