Board of Directors approves amendments to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation
Parts 1, 16, and 28 – Housekeeping amendments
At its March 2022 meeting, WorkSafeBC’s Board of Directors approved amendments to Part 3, Reassignment of refused work and Parts 1, 16, and 28, Housekeeping amendments of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation.
The amendments will come into effect on August 22, 2022.
