BOD Decision -2013/03/20-02 – Property Managers and Registration Requirements for Building Owners

On March 20, 2013, the Board of Directors approved changes to delete a portion of policy on the registration of property management firms in the Assessment Manual. Existing policies in the Assessment Manual address status determination and the registration of employers.

The amendments are effective as of January 1, 2014 and will apply to decisions on and after that date.
