The Prevention Manual contains the official policies of WorkSafeBC’s Board of Directors respecting OHS matters under the Workers Compensation Act (Act), the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation, and the OHS Citations Regulation. The Act requires WorkSafeBC and the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal to apply these policies when making decisions.
