On December 14, 2016, the Board of Directors approved amendments to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation, Part 3, pertaining to joint health and safety committees. These amendments will come into effect on April 3, 2017. The amendments were taken to public hearings in October 2016. Stakeholder feedback received during the public hearing process is available for review.
