WorkSafeBC's Board of Directors approved public hearings to be held in September and October 2016, regarding proposed changes to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation, in Part 3, Rights and Responsibilities, to add sections 3.26, 3.27, and 3.28 related to Joint Health and Safety Committees. Written submissions were accepted until October 7, 2016. This document is a summary of written and oral feedback received during the public hearing process.
