Return-to-work strategies to support workers who experience psychological injuries

Safely returning to or remaining at work following a psychological injury requires collaboration between the injured worker and their employer. This guide is designed to help find actionable ways to support or accommodate the worker by focusing on what the worker can do, not what they can’t do. The information is designed for employers and may also be useful for health care providers.
