Dose to the lens of the eye in veterinary workers performing diagnostic radiology procedures
Veterinary workers are frequently in the room in close proximity to the patient during diagnostic x-ray exposures. This study measures the radiation dose to the eyes of veterinary workers during small animal diagnostic radiology and fluoroscopy. Measurements will be taken during both real and simulated procedures, using eye dosimeters.
