Cognitive Rehearsal Training (CRT) as an Anti-Bullying Intervention for Nursing Students and New Nurse Graduates—Part 1

The goal of this project is to reduce instances of bullying among nurses by providing third-year nursing students with Cognitive Rehearsal Therapy (CRT). The researchers intend to provide these students with strategies to identify and manage bullying situations; gain insight into how bullying is perceived and experienced by nursing students; and evaluate the effectiveness of CRT as an anti-bullying intervention. The researchers will conduct workshops with nursing students across Canada, and afterwards, each participant will complete a questionnaire.
