You do not have the license, permission or right, and nothing in our website gives you the license, permission or right, directly, indirectly, by implication, by estoppel, as a result of your registration as an employer or party subject to personal optional protection or otherwise, to use any trademark without our prior written permission or that of the party owning the trademark. That consent may be unreasonably withheld and may be subject to entering into a written agreement with us.

Employers should be aware that they are not entitled to use the WorkSafeBC logo on their website or other materials. Employers who are registered and in good standing with WorkSafeBC may make the following statement (exact form only) on their website or other materials for so long as it is true: [insert your name] is registered and in good standing with WorkSafeBC.

We take the protection of our copyrighted materials and trademarks (including official marks) very seriously. We will take all necessary action, including legal action, to protect them.
