Assessment- and Finance-Related BOD Resolutions
WorkSafeBC’s Board of Directors (BOD) makes policy and regulation decisions to implement the Workers Compensation Act that affect the workers and employers of British Columbia. For example, the BOD’s assessment-related decisions affect the assessment rates an employer pays. Decisions to change a policy or regulation are recorded in BOD resolutions.
