Paperless invoicing for providers coming soon
In the coming months, we will be introducing a new online portal for health care providers who currently submit paper invoices by fax or mail. The new portal is designed to make submitting invoices more convenient and efficient, and is part of our ongoing work to improve our online services to health care providers.
You'll be able to save draft invoices, attach supporting documents, see status and payment details, and get confirmation when we receive an invoice. Submitting invoices will also be more efficient, with pre-populated fields and more details about what information is required.
My Provider Services is currently being piloted by a group of health care providers and will be widely but gradually released in the early fall. At that time, we will contact you with information on how to register and use the portal. Please note that the new portal will not affect the existing Provider Portal that is now used by providers who have long-term referral based contracts with us.
