To help foster an accessible, welcoming, and supportive workplace, we’ve developed a multi-year roadmap that focuses on embedding equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) throughout our organization. Our initiatives include:
- Creating dedicated roles to advance EDI within our organization
- Launching an employee resource group
- Providing foundational EDI training for our employees
