Asbestos training and certification worker forum (October 5)
Presented by WorkSafeBC, this virtual session provides an opportunity for asbestos abatement workers to learn about mandatory requirements that we are implementing to help keep workers safe from the dangers of asbestos.
You'll learn the basics of asbestos abatement certification, how to find a training provider, what to expect in assessments and exams, what previous training may be recognized, and what accommodations training providers are required to make. After the presentation, you’ll have an opportunity to ask questions.
