Published on: November 24, 2023

You’re invited to attend our info session for health care providers on the upcoming duty to cooperate and duty to maintain employment obligations.

Introduced as part of the B.C. government’s Bill 41, starting on January 1, 2024, employers and workers will have a legal duty to cooperate in timely and safe return to work, and certain employers will be required to maintain employment with injured workers in specific circumstances.

This virtual session will review the legislation and the new obligations for employers and workers in B.C. You’ll learn about the new obligations, and what that means for you as a provider. After the presentation, you’ll have an opportunity to ask questions.
