Supervision in Manual Falling video series

In Champions for Change, forestry professionals share their personal stories of the long-term impact that faller fatalities and injuries have had on themselves and on their crews. These stories show the importance of ongoing supervision in identifying and managing risk.

The additional videos describe some of the challenges supervisors face, such as balancing supervision with production demands and the importance of training, education, and relationship-building. Support for supervisors is good for business and contributes to safer, healthier workplaces.
