On November 24, 2021, WorkSafeBC, in partnership with the BC Forest Safety Council, hosted an online information session to help employers, falling supervisors, and all other workplace parties to prepare for inspections in falling operations.

The session provided information on WorkSafeBC’s risk-based inspections for hand falling operations and responsibilities for safety in forestry, including effective supervision for hand fallers.
