As an employer, you are required to have a noise control and hearing conservation program if your workers are regularly exposed to noise levels of 85 decibels or higher.

This template is provided to help you create your program. The template is in a Microsoft Word format that you can modify and save with the information that’s relevant to your workplace. In addition, a guide is provided to help you understand the requirements and complete the template for your business.
