Noise control and hearing conservation program: Guide

Too much exposure to workplace noise can cause permanent and irreversible damage to workers’ hearing. As an employer, you are required to have a hearing conservation program if your workers are regularly exposed to noise levels of 85 decibels or higher.

This guide is provided to help you use the corresponding Microsoft Word template to create a workplace noise control and hearing conservation program. Two completed samples are also available, one for a small employer and one for a large employer.
