Employer Health and Safety Planning Tool Kit: New and enhanced features

We’ve upgraded our Employer Health and Safety Planning Tool Kit so you can better understand your organization’s performance and your industry’s risks.

Aside from the name change to include “health,” the enhanced tool kit includes more personalization and features to make it easier to use. Based on user feedback, we’ve made changes so you can understand your organization’s data and the risks for your industry at a glance.

Some of the enhancements include:

  • Personalized information – When you sign in, you’ll see a new landing page with information specific to your organization. This will give you a snapshot view of your health and safety performance.
  • New navigation – A new navigation bar provides quick access to the key tools within the application, along with plain-language descriptions of how to understand your data and use the tools. A more consistent layout and increased options to print and save data, make sharing this information in your organization easier.
  • Updated and new tools – We’ve updated many of the tools to make the data easier to understand and interpret. There are also new features that highlight industry risks, so you can target your health and safety plans.
  • More available data – You can now access 10 years of injury and claims data to better see injury patterns.
