December 2022 Public Hearing Submission Summary for Part 6, Hazardous Drugs (formerly Cytotoxic Drugs)
At its July 2023 meeting, WorkSafeBC’s Board of Directors approved the 2023 amendments pertaining to Hazardous Drugs to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation. These amendments will come into effect on December 1, 2023.
These amendments were posted online for feedback during the public hearing process. This document contains feedback from the public hearing.
