This Core Review was commissioned by the Ministry of Skills Development and Labour to review the service delivery challenges within the B.C. workers' compensation system, including a comprehensive assessment of the WCB's interactions with workers, employers, and the public; a review of the WCB's service standards; and the development of recommendations that are in keeping with best practices.
