A review of the Registration of Employers policy in the Assessment Manual was undertaken to consider whether the policy with respect to the effective dates of employer registrations was adequate in terms of equitable collection of assessments. The Policy and Research Division developed a discussion paper on Retroactivity Limits on Employer Registration Effective Dates for consideration by stakeholders.
