At its July 2026 meeting, WorkSafeBC’s Board of Directors approved amendments pertaining to Periodic Certification in Parts 4, 13, 14, 20, 28, and 31 of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation.

These amendments will come into effect on September 1, 2027.
