Each year, the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH) publishes a list of substances for which they have set new or revised threshold limit values (TLVs). In accordance with section 5.48 of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation (OHSR ), these new or revised TLVs were automatically adopted unless the substance was listed as an excluded substance or had otherwise been excluded by WorkSafeBC.

WorkSafeBC requested stakeholder feedback on the new or revised 2007 OELs, including revisions under consideration for excluded substances as listed in Policy R5.48-1.
