The paper examined the issue of whether the WCB should continue to exempt non-resident employers and workers temporarily working in British Columbia, from the application of the occupational health and safety provisions in Part 3 of the Workers Compensation Act.

The options presented would not change the exemption for non-residents for purposes of assessments and compensation.
