Sections 25 and 25.2 of the Workers Compensation Act ("Act") requires WorkSafeBC to determine the percentage change in the Consumer Price Index and adjust those periodic payments of compensation referred to in section 25(3) of the Act, and to adjust dollar amounts in the Act referred to in section 25.2(1). These adjustments are made annually, effective January 1, 2009. These adjustments are authorized by a Board Minute.
