The Board may provide vocational rehabilitation (“VR”) services to injured workers.

The goals, as well as nature and extent of vocational rehabilitation services provided to an injured worker is dependant on whether the worker has a temporary total disability, temporary partial disability, permanent partial disability or permanent total disability.

A Rehabilitation Plan contains certain analysis and information that supports the suitability of the occupational goal identified in the plan.
