The purpose of this Practice Directive is to provide guidance to WorkSafeBC Officers on the application of provisions in the Workers Compensation Act (the “Act”) and the Rehabilitation Services & Claims Manual (“RSCM”) that allow WorkSafeBC to suspend payment of workers’ benefits.
