Compensation Practice Directive: #C3-5 — Compensable Consequences - Psychological Conditions

A psychological condition may be accepted as compensable where it is a consequence of an employment-related injury or occupational disease.

The compensable injury or disease must have been of causative significance to the psychological condition.
