On November 20, 2024, WorkSafeBC’s Board of Directors approved amendments to Chapter 9, Average Earnings, of the Rehabilitation Services & Claims Manual, Volume II, to improve readability and address key issues identified by stakeholders and WorkSafeBC subject matter experts.

The amended policies apply to all decisions made on or after July 4, 2025.
