BOD Decision — 2024/02/06-02 — Assessments — Evidence and Standard of Proof
On February 6, 2024, WorkSafeBC’s Board of Directors approved policy amendments for the Assessment Manual to provide guidance on the evidentiary principles and the standard of proof applicable to assessment matters.
The amended policy applies to all decisions made on or after May 1, 2024.
