BOD Decision — 2023/01/25-01 — Amending Schedule 2, Non-Traumatic Hearing Loss, of the Workers Compensation Act
On January 25, 2023, WorkSafeBC’s Board of Directors (BOD) approved amendments to Schedule 2 of the Workers Compensation Act and changes to policy to reflect current scientific and medical literature.
The amendments to Schedule 2 are effective May 15, 2023, and the amended policies apply to all decisions made on or after that date.
