BOD Decision -2011/03/23-03 – Approval to Release to Public Hearing Proposed Amendments to the OHS Regulation
The Board of Directors approved the release to public hearing of amendments to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation (“OHSR”)
Section 226(1) of the Workers Compensation Act requires the WCB to hold at least one public hearing on the proposed regulations. The WCB held a public hearing on the proposed amendments in Prince George, Cranbrook, Metro Vancouver, Kelowna and Prince George in May –June 2011.
