BOD Decision -2005/03/22-01 – Construction Industry Experience Rating Program
The Board of Directors approved an Experience Rating ("ER") Program for the Construction Industry that limits surcharges and discounts available to construction industry firms under the ER program to 33.3%, effective January 1, 2006.
Per the resolution, the program will remain in place until 2010, when its effectiveness will be evaluated by WorkSafeBC.
