The Assessment Manual contains WorkSafeBC’s current policies on insurance assessments for employers under British Columbia’s Workers Compensation Act (Act). The Act requires WorkSafeBC and the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal to apply these policies when making decisions.
