The Policy, Regulation and Research Division (PRRD) presented a discussion paper and draft proposed policies to the Policy and Practice Consultative Committee, posted them on WorkSafeBC’s website, and distributed the website link directly to over 10,000 subscribers of WorkSafeBC’s PRRD Update email distribution list, for consultation and feedback.

Generally, stakeholders expressed support for the proposed amendments to the Prevention Manual, the Assessment Manual, and the Rehabilitation Services & Claims Manual, Volume II, to implement Bill 23 of 2020.

The PRRD received seven submissions: two from a worker perspective, four from an employer perspective, and one from an individual. This document is a reproduction of the stakeholder comments.
