WorkSafeBC’s Board of Directors approved public hearings to be held in September and October 2016, regarding proposed changes to fifteen topics in the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation. Written submissions were accepted until October 7, 2016. This document is a summary of written and oral feedback received during the public hearing process, covering sections 1.1, 4.56, 4.81, 5.71(2), 6.4, 6.58(1), 6.110, 12.83.1; Parts 13, 14; sections 14.81, 20.2, 22.12, and 26.13.4.
