The Prevention Manual contains WorkSafeBC’s current policies on occupational health and safety matters under British Columbia’s Workers Compensation Act (Act), the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation, and the Occupational Health and Safety Citation Regulation. The Act requires WorkSafeBC and the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal to apply these policies when making decisions.
