Complete Resolution

The Panel of Administrators approved new policies and policy amendments to the Rehabilitation Services & Claims Manual, Volumes I and II, the Assessment Manual and the Prevention Manual to implement certain provisions of the Workers Compensation Amendment Act (No. 2), 2002 or Bill 63. These policies and policy amendments were effective March 3, 2003, when Bill 63 generally came into force. They relate to changing previous decisions of the Board in all three areas of the Board's responsibilities and how the policies of the Board of Directors are to be applied in decision-making.
